CyberQP will be undergoing a system maintenance at 7 AM PST May 17th, for about 45 minutes.
All access to the Dashboard, Self-Serve, Just in Time/Passwordless, and PSA functionality will be affected during this outage. Rotations scheduled for this timeslot will not be executed.
Agents will go offline during the maintenance and should reconnect on their own. After the maintenance window, if any Agent is still offline, restarting the service will reconnect it immediately.
We will advise you when the Maintenance window starts, and when it is completed.
